456mmk Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between every user of the 456mmk platform ("Platform", "Service") and 456mmk ("Company", "we"). By accessing the platform, a player is considered to have accepted all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

1. Introduction and Agreement

Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, a player is considered to have accepted this Agreement voluntarily. This Agreement takes effect from the date the player enters the casino platform.

Language and Translation

This Agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original Burmese text, the original Burmese text shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Restriction

To be eligible to play on 456mmk, a player must be 21 years of age or older. Underage use of the platform is not permitted. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

One Account Only

Each individual may register only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension.

Accurate Information

• When registering an account, players must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Funds deposited into the account must come from the player's own money.
• Deposits using a third party's funds are not permitted.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to us immediately.

Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. The player is solely responsible for all activity on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all players is 5,000 Ks, and this limit applies equally regardless of the deposit method used.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount per withdrawal is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this amount will not be processed.

Payment Methods

Available deposit and withdrawal methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

Withdrawal Processing Time

After a request is confirmed, funds are typically received within 5–30 minutes. Processing time depends on the payment network.

Financial Verification

In accordance with anti-money laundering policies, we reserve the right to request supporting documents from players at any time. Failure to provide these may result in a withdrawal being held.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

At 456mmk, a 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.

Bonus Example

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks to be eligible for withdrawal
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 620,000 Ks → Must wager 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks to be eligible for withdrawal

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The bonus claim must be completed within the specified number of days from the deposit date.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Withdrawing before the bonus wagering requirement is met will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings earned from it.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

Refer a Friend

When a friend registers through your referral code and makes their first deposit, you will receive 10% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person. You will also earn 0.2% of your referred player's total valid bets as a weekly commission.

5. Fair Play & VIP Policy

Fair Play

At 456mmk, all players are prohibited from using third-party assistance tools or connection manipulation software, bots and autoplay scripts, methods that exploit system errors, and collusion or deal-making between players. If any of these are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

VIP Levels & Cashback

456mmk has three VIP levels. Players can move up through the levels based on their play history and activity.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP cashback is calculated weekly based on the player's betting history and credited to the player's account.

6. Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

Theft & Fraud

Money laundering, depositing amounts beyond the set limits, and depositing using a third party's payment card are strictly prohibited.

Collusion Between Players

"Collusion" — where two or more players cooperate to bet only on the winning side — is prohibited. If detected, the accounts and funds of those players may be forfeited.

Restricted Countries

Access from restricted countries is not permitted. Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy server will be treated as a violation.

Disruption of Service

Accessing the platform through abnormal means (DDoS, brute force, etc.) or attempting to obtain other users' personal data is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

7. Privacy & Security

456mmk protects players' personal data with SSL encryption and manages it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Collection

Information provided by players is used only for delivering services, fraud prevention, and notifying players of policy changes.

Third-Party Sharing

Players' personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or for banking-related purposes.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Our Right to Close Accounts

If a breach of this agreement is found, we reserve the right to close the player's account immediately without prior notice. The same applies if fraudulent bonus claiming is detected.

Player's Right to Close Account

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact the support team. Any real money balance can be withdrawn, but bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will not be paid out.

Temporary Service Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the 456mmk platform running smoothly. However, we cannot be directly responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or delays outside our banking partners.

Game Decision

The decision made by the game system is considered final. Any transaction changes caused by cyberattacks, software errors, or communication failures will be investigated and a ruling will be issued, and that ruling is final.

10. Amendment of Terms

456mmk reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be treated as acceptance of those changes.
